Terms of Service

Acceptance
By creating an account or using Cubora, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform. If you're using Cubora on behalf of someone under the age of majority, you confirm you have permission to do so.
Your account
- Keep your login details private - you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date so we can reach you.
- One person, one account, unless we say otherwise. Don't share or sell accounts.
Acceptable use
Cubora is a shared space. To keep it welcoming, don't:
- Harass, threaten, or bully other players.
- Post content that's hateful, sexual, or otherwise against our community rules.
- Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized software to gain an advantage.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform.
Your content
You own the worlds and creations you make. By publishing them on Cubora, you grant us a license to host, display, and distribute that content so the platform can function. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to everything you upload.
Virtual items
Cubora may offer virtual currency and items. These have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you - not sold. We may adjust, revoke, or discontinue virtual items where reasonably necessary, and we'll give notice when we do.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other players at risk. Where appropriate, we'll give you notice and a chance to appeal.
Disclaimers
Cubora is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cubora operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.
